華文商管學院認證 助建立品牌價值

【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】堪稱管理教育界最嚴格的「ACCSB華文商管學院認證」，17日舉行授證儀式，認證指導委員會主任委員許士軍表示，認證的最大價值就是建立院所的「品牌」；ACCSB認證中心執行長周逸衡則特別表揚通過的5所學校，他表示，因審查標準嚴格，強調「目標導向」教學，從人才培育目標、課程安排、教師專才到產學結合等都必須具體說明，因此能通過相當不容易。

中華民國管理科學學會17日舉行「2018 ACCSB華文商管學院認證」授證儀式，包括大葉大學管理學院、國立雲林科技大學管理學院、南華大學管理學院，中國文化大學商學院及聖約翰科技大學商管學院共同授證。

中華民國管理科學學會理事長劉維琪表示，管理學院做評鑑有兩層意義，第一是經過認證代表具有一定的教育品質，但更重要在於第二層意義，有助促進管理學院之間的交流，一起與時俱進。他也提到，管理學院近幾年出現重大變革，最明顯的例子就是教育部鼓勵學校發展以「院」為核心，對跨領域學習至關重要，「不只管理教育，各個學院都應思考這個概念。」

談到認證的價值，許士軍表示，「認證就是品牌，由認證單位創造院所的價值與形象，還能促進院所之間合作交流，以『打群架』的力量超越個別學校單打獨鬥。」

「大學系所非常多元，怎能用同一套大學法來規定？」許士軍強調，大學或學院必須確立自己的定位，例如元智大學管理學院採不分系制度，學生選擇加入學程，課程則由學程安排，不同於傳統的學系配合教師專長領域授課，學程強調配合學生需求，因此，學程設計應熱銷CP值爆表採職場人才需求導向，並設有學程開發與淘汰的機制。

周逸衡則提到，教育部為了鼓勵讓學生多元學習，要求學校不要約束學生修過多系本位的課程，增加修系外、院外的課，但其中也存在隱憂，當學生不具備專業，根本談不上跨領域學習，最終恐讓學生畢業後沒有任何專長，他認為，大學教育應該重視「目標導向」教學，而不是「什麼都學，但什麼都不專精」，因此這也是ACCSB認證非常重視的項目之一。

「ACCSB認證的特色就是標準非常嚴格，不少學校中途退出，因此通過的院所都非常不容易。」周逸衡表示，因強調教學以學生為主體，老師則是教育的乘載工具，學院必須提出明確的人才培育目標，包含課程、教師專才、教學方法、如何與業界結合、如何重視品格等；此外，修課規範應更縮緊，以目標導向為主，院所應了解畢業生的職涯發展是否符合系所目標，並以此改進課程設計。
